Cur8tive Marketing provides two core services:

Marketing Systems & Automation: Landing pages, CRM setup, review generation, email/SMS campaigns, and growth tools.

Event Planning & Experience Design: Strategy, vendor coordination, on-site logistics, and ambiance. (Digital marketing is only included if stated in writing.)

We may update or adjust services at any time without prior notice.

2. What We Expect from You

To work with us, you agree to:

Use our services legally and professionally

Show up for scheduled meetings and events

Pay all invoices on time as agreed

Failure to meet these terms may result in paused or canceled services.

3. Payments & Fees

All services are paid services. Fees will be shared through proposals, invoices, or contracts. Payments are due as outlined in your agreement and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Late payments may cause service delays or suspension.

4. SMS Communications

We may send SMS messages for:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Event updates and logistics

Promotions and marketing offers

You’ll only receive messages if you’ve opted in through our forms, events, or campaigns. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and systems we create—including designs, templates, logos, and software—are the property of Cur8tive Marketing or its licensors.

You may use what we deliver for your business, but you may not copy, resell, or share our tools or designs without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect or accidental damages from using our services

Delays, interruptions, or third-party failures

Lost data, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination of Services

We may suspend or end services if:

You violate these Terms

You fail to pay agreed fees

You act unlawfully or disrespectfully toward our team or platform

All outstanding balances will be due immediately upon termination.

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use trusted third-party platforms to help deliver your services. While we choose reliable partners, we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools or vendors.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and SMS communication preferences.
